When you first start doing your belief that you are doing nothing and getting paid for it, you get asked to do a small amount of private detecting for someone else. This should only take a few days. Hence the name of the game.
If word starts to spread that there is a private detective in town, people begin to appear with their local issues. The majority of them cannot afford the price that a Private Detective charges. But every now and then you discover that this isn’t what it seems.
